What methods of monitoring employees help to increase discipline and motivation rather than reduce trust? I think that monitoring the work of the team is an important thing, but it should not turn into constant surveillance, otherwise people will just start to feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, without some kind of monitoring, it is difficult to understand who is working hard and how efficiently tasks are being performed. I would like to find a balance between useful productivity analyses and respect for employees' personal space
